Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon delivery. If your item is defective or damaged, please let us know within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. If you receive the wrong item, notify us as soon as possible so that we can get you the correct item. 

Return Policy

At this time, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. However, if we do grant you a return, items must be unwashed and unworn to qualify. We are also not responsible for items lost or stolen during shipping. Please reach out to our shipping provider (either USPS or UPS) if you have questions about products that have shipped. 

Refunds
If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
